1. SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY

Colchones Lamas SAPI de CV guarantees to the original purchaser that the mattress purchased is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under normal conditions of use, especially in intensive hotel operation.

This warranty is valid for up to 10 (ten) years from the date of purchase, which must be proven by invoice, ticket or official document.

The validity of the warranty will be subject to physical inspection carried out by authorized personnel of Colchones Lamas.

2. GUARANTEE STRUCTURE

Full coverage:
Years 1 to 5 → No cost to the customer

Proportional coverage:
Year 6 → 10%
Year 7 → 20%
Year 8 → 30%
Year 9 → 40%
Year 10 → 50%

The percentages are applied to the invoice value of the product.

3. WARRANTY COVERAGE (YES, IT COVERS)

- Manufacturing defects in foam, springs and internal structure
- Visible depressions greater than 4 cm
- Failures in spring systems (Bonnell or Pocket)
- Defects in seams, assembly, or structural components

4. EXCLUSIONS (NOT COVERED)

- Stains of any kind
- Damage from moisture or liquids
- Burns, tears or punctures
- Incorrect use or mishandling
- Damage caused by moving or subsequent transport
- Use on unsuitable bases
- Outlet, display or second-hand products
- Comfort preferences

5. WARRANTY INVALIDATION

The warranty will be void if:

- The mattress has stains
- It was used on the wrong basis
- It came into contact with liquids
- Chemicals were used
- Periodic rotation was not performed
- Shows fire or heat damage

6. TERMS OF USE

- Use on a firm, flat and suitable base
- Monthly rotation for the first 3 months
- Subsequently, rotation every three months
- Use of a mattress protector
- Avoid jumping or excessive weight

7. CONSIDERATIONS

- Settlements of less than 4 cm are normal
- Adaptation period of 4 to 5 weeks
- The mattress should not be folded

8. GUARANTEE PROCEDURE

- Present proof of purchase
- Request a review
- Technical evaluation
- Resolution: repair or replacement

Colchones Lamas may reject products in unhygienic conditions.
